1. How much do you charge?
Answer: Each session is different, however, the average is about $75.00 for a one hour session. There are other things that can make the cost go up like having more than one location or outfit during a senior session.
2. Do you have a retainer fee?
Answer: Yes. There is a $20.00 non-refundable retainer fee that must be paid before your session is officially on the calendar. That $20.00 goes towards your overall session price.
3. What comes with a session?
Answer: Each session comes with a pre-session consultation, a public or private gallery for viewing your photos, an app to share photos with your family, free digital downloads of all photos within your gallery, print options and specialty graphic options are available.
4. What does the Pre-session Consultation look like?
Answer: Once you book a time for your shoot, I'll reach out to you by either phone or virtually, and we will talk anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour for engagement/wedding shoots. I use this time for a few reasons. One, I want to get to know a little more about you and your story. Two, I want to make sure I have a clear understanding of your expectations and you have a clear understanding of mine. Three, I make sure we have the perfect location that reflects your story and who you are. Fourth, I answer any questions you have and finalize all the details. Once the consultation is over, I'll send you a contract that lays out everything we discussed and an invoice that shows exactly what you're getting.
5. Can you do special edits with my photos?
Answer: Yes! All photos that are delivered to you have been cropped edited, and any major distractions in the background removed as part of the session fee. For an additional $5.00 per photo, I can change the background, add different elements, or use your photos to create custom graphics that add additional style.
6. Do you release the RAW file photos?
No, I will not provide the RAW camera file. All photos you receive will be in JPEG or PNG format.
7. What kind of graphics can you make?
Answer: Everything from announcements to banners. Let me know what you're wanting done and I will do my best to make it happen.
8. Do you offer discounts?
Answer: Yes! I offer a 10% discount to military, veterans, police, fire fighters, and first responders. As a combat veteran, it's a small way of saying thank you for what you do for the Elizabethtown, Fort Knox, Vine Grove, Rineyville, Shepherdsville, and Louisville communities.
9. My Military Service Member is getting deployed (or returning home) can you capture these moments for us?
Answer: Absolutely I can, and for those deploying to combat zones or will be gone for longer than 90 days, these sessions are FREE. I know what it's like to have to leave your family for long periods of time. So, let me capture the see you later and the happy tears and long hugs of a return home.
